Congress’s Savitri Jindal holds roadshow in Hisar, dismisses Modi wave.

There was infighting in the Bhupinder Singh Hooda government and Rewari MLA Captain Ajay Singh Yadav had quit the state government.
Yadav also indirectly expressed to IBNLive.com that he should be made the next chief minister if the Congress wins the state.
When asked for her comments on this development, she said, "'Bhagwan banane wala hota hai, jiski kismat mei hota hai who ban jata hai' (God makes a person successful and if it is in your destiny, then you will also get it)."
She was all praise for Chief Minister Hooda and said, "He is always there to support the development of Hisar and has never denied any funds for the city. He always takes everyone along and there can be no better chief minister than the one who takes every along."
She also expressed her gratitude to the people for supporting her and taking part in the roadshow. "I entered politics to serve people. I will complete all the pending works taken up by late OP Jindal. The people of Hisar are like my family and whatever I have been able to do is because of support of the people."
On the issue of female foeticide as Haryana has one of the lowest sex ratios, she said, "Female foeticide was very rampant earlier. The government is taking every step to stop it and create awareness among people. The government will also support NGOs to stop it."
But she refused to comment on diktats issued by khap panchayats.
She was hopeful that the roadshow will help the party garner more votes.
