Badal, Jaitley speak amid talks of SAD-BJP break-up.

Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on late Tuesday held formal talks over phone with Union finance and defence minister Arun Jaitley seeking continuation of the alliance between SAD and BJP.
